Welcome to Cloudy - Voice Journal ("Cloudy", "we", "our", or "us"), an application created and operated by Navy. By downloading, installing, or using Cloudy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

Cloudy is a voice journaling application that allows users to record, transcribe, and manage personal audio journals. The app is designed with a privacy-first approach, meaning we do not require you to create an account with us to use the core features of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use Cloudy. Because your data is stored locally or on your personal iCloud, you are solely responsible for ensuring your journals are properly backed up.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Zealand.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice within the app prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use Cloudy after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
